Ethernet Splitter Printer And Internet

I bought a this modem and a matching nighthawk ethernet splitter. Now both my wireless internet and ethernet ports are lightning fast.

I had a very specific application that I wanted to use this printer for. I use in an office that for privacy reasons cannot have a wireless Internet connection. Physically a corded connection was not at all convenient. It was also difficult to plug in, so it needed to be able to work off a battery for extended periods of time. In this office my only Internet connection is a wired, Ethernet connection. This little printer fits in a tight space. I goes all day for me without needing a charge. I can program it to shut down after so many minutes of inactivity, which significantly impacts the battery life. Then I can print to it tirelessly without a wireless connection using direct Wi-Fi all while not impacting my Ethernet connection. I love that it is full function. I did a lot of research before I bought it. I was a little concerned that it would meet my somewhat unique and specific needs, but I could not be more pleased with it.

Long cord, plenty of connections, has ethernet, phone with splitter and coaxial. Best protection for the money.

I like the wireless satellite. It will allow me to connect a window PC via Ethernet cable to the internet.

My CATV/Internet source goes into a 3-way splitter. Its 3.5 dB output is connected to a 4-way splitter. Several TVs connected to the 4-way have problems with certain channels. I am certain the problems are due to signal strength since they work fine when connected to the 3-way. I added this amp between the 3.5 db output and the input of the 4-way. Problem solved.

I have internet and TV via ethernet cables in my home. This enables me to get on to the internet via smartphone. It works beautifully!

I needed some extra ethernet ports for my internet. Wifi is nice but ethernet is boss for desktop and TV. It was easy to install and worked as stated. Checked internet speed and it showed 950 meg. This setup will allow me to install a second wifi 50 ft. out in the garage for outdoor use.

Attach your Ethernet cables and plug it in. You’re done. Couldn’t be easier. Works fine and I’m getting all the bandwidth that my internet provider can supply, in this case 250Mbps. So this is really gigabit Ethernet capable.
