This speakerphone is very clear on both ends. Was able to hear the other person speaking clearly even when my portable air conditioner was running in the room.

As always B&H was very quick to send the package out and it was what we ordered no problem. Our only problem is that the air conditioner is apparently too loud for even this windscreen to totally block the noise. It does a much better job but the mic is apparently extremely sensitive to all sound.

I got this because during the hot months I can't run my air conditioner and computer at the same time due to neighborhood brownouts. If I turn the air conditioner off the computer overheats. This covers the outtages so I can work in comfort without unexpectedly rebooting every few minutes. Thanks!

Electrical power spikes occur for many reasons and your sensitive electronics won't survive unless you have a quality surge suppressor. Bought this for when I travel and use rental cars - can't use the air vent version. Keeps phone secure and doesn't require the cover to be taken off of phone. Liked it so much I ordered a second one for my wife's car... I haven't had any of the issues mentioned in other reviews yet, but then again I haven't owned this for very long...

Here in the NW part of the US the winter air is very dry and static electricity is a problem. This wrist strap worked great. Felt comfortable installing added ram memory without problems.
