I splurged and bought this thing for my aging gaming rig as an upgrade. I had been saving since last year and it hasn't disappointed. I ended up upgrading the PSU to a 1000w EVGA since my 850 PSU was shutting the power off to the system unexpectedly. I think the drivers are still a bit out of tune, but the performance is there. Max setting in 4K with HDR600 looking pretty amazing. The fans spin up and down a lot more than thought and it is noticeable. Solid choice, especially for anything AI related with the 16gb. And great for gaming as well. I used to stick purely to EVGA so was naturally sad when they stopped making GPU's. Was not disappointed with my choice now, and will definitely stick to ASUS for future purchases. 5 |
