I wrote a review a few weeks ago saying I returned my first light because the batteries didn't work on it. �Well I received my new one today, pulled it out of the box, put my battery in the 1st battery port, and nothing happened again. �This was enough to make me really look over the brief instructions and see if I was maybe missing something. � Nothing in the instructions told me that I was doing anything wrong. So I took the battery out of port 1 and put it into port 2. �I still got nothing. �Then I grabbed another battery and put it in port 1 while the other battery was in port 2 and the light lit right up now that both batteries were in. � I'm very happy it's working now that I've figured it out, but I'm very frustrated that there is nothing in the instructions saying 2 batteries have to be in both ports for it to work with the batteries. �So make sure you use 2 batteries instead of only 1 or it won't work with the batteries. �Other than all the hassle of returning my light in exchange for another one, I still give it 5 stars because it's a great light and I can't wait to use it! �B&H themselves did a great job in making my return/exchange hassle free. 5 |

When I purchased this, my precious pekingese was on the verge of passing away, I wanted some professional looking shots of her, as well as have a camera I could get back into freelance news work again with, as well as take some videos of my granny who has early stages of dementia. This camera fit that bill and has exceeded every expectation I’ve had of it!! When it arrive my dog was getting worse and when I opened the camera and eagerly went to charge the dead battery, to my dismay the charger or battery didn’t work! The exchange process could’ve taken weeks I didn’t have so one of their amazing team members took it upon himself to contact Nikon directly and within a few days instead of having to send the whole package back and do an exchange, I had a brand new battery and charger at my door from Nikon direct. I’m not sure how he pulled it off, but he did and I literally cried when I realized how much care was put into this effort. He could’ve easily said not our issue send it back and we’ll exchange, but they went above and beyond to make sure I had the photos of my baby. A few days after getting the battery Princess did pass, and I would not have gotten the shots without someone who truly cared at B&H. The camera on it’s own is fantastic, almost a year later I feel like I’m just starting to really get the hang of it. I’ve also started doing newspaper as well as portrait work again. I’ve loved B&H since I was 16 and used their mail order catalogs in my tiny town in FL to the first time I stepped foot in their physical store in Manhattan and with every purchase, that love just grows. The only drawback, I live in Cambridge, MA and for most things It can take a week or a bit more to arrive depending on the day I order. Not always and I realize the pandemic has changed S/H for the worst so it’s not their fault with that, I just wish sometimes it was a bit faster. I’ll still choose them for anything I truly care about buying, like camera equipment. 5 |

Happy with my exchange (returned a Bolt battery pack for this one). This battery pack lives up to its specs: fast charging, recycling, solid build. I do wish it came with a strap (like the Bolt did) - not a deal-breaker. I can fire off at least 6 - 8 consecutive shots at 1/4 power at a blistering 12fps! I use this battery pack with my Sony A77II DSLR for press events. 5 |

This is my second Coast flashlight, as I had to return the first one for a minor issue with the battery terminal. The warranty exchange process was made very simple and had the replacement in a week. I have been very impressed with the flashlight and the company as a whole! 5 |
