Export Client List From Quickbooks Online

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I'm a Senior Video Editor with a considerable client list and work load. Didn't take long to set up, and so far the performance is excellent. I'm just scratching the surface as far as the number of utilities this has, so I'm excited to explore more of the benefits.

These were on an official list of recommended vendors, and you can trust B&H vs some of the other online sources that sometimes do a bait and switch (even if the ISO numbers were on them).

Not every client trusts the security and privacy of online transmissions. Or they may want a convenient way to transport their photos wherever they go. Either way, these work great. it is also part of my workflow even with print clients. Each of the keepers goes onto the drive when I have finished postproduction. I print from the flash drive and then can archive it with the appropriate label.

I was able to export my AC5300 config and import it here. How nice.
