Export Payroll Data From Quickbooks Online To Desktop

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Use this to transfer data from my laptop to my desktop. Haven't had any problems so far.

Formatted and loaded data with ease. Turned my IMac into the fastest desktop I’ve ever used.

Since I process payroll and tax returns the extra tray is perfect and just what I expected. It holds plenty of paper, I can print on 2 sides for some documents and Legal size for others using multiple trays.

I was able to export my AC5300 config and import it here. How nice.

Bought this to back up data files from my old desktop to new. Having the dual USB connectors made it super quick and easy. So, did a great job at a very fair price.

I have a desktop System that is used for development and systems work. As part of this I utilize a Raid 5 to make sure my data is saved. had a problem with a 1TB Hitachi drive (after 5 years) and this was the best price / performance disk and vendor I found on the web.
