Export Quickbooks 2014 To Online

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I bought this the first time back in 2014 from another online store and have been using it for years (home use, not professional job). The paper is white and durable enough. I purchased this again here based on my previous good experience. I suggest buy some clamps from Lowes or other places to work with this, because the paper will keep rolling once you hang it and start to unreel it.

I was able to export my AC5300 config and import it here. How nice.

I purchased this tablet to get the most out of Corel Painter and was astonished by the ability of the paper function to digitize the finest detail and the fact that I could export the drawings in the SVG format for me to edit the vector shapes in Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator, etc. I also enjoy the ability to draw on the paper and tablet without being connected to a computer, then later, upload the drawings to the Inkspace app that was included with my purchase for me to edit, export, etc..
