Export Quickbooks Online Info
DebTN | 2024-05-08 07:56:35 |
The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR Wireless Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. 5 |

Thus far I've used this keyboard for just one day, so I have no info re: reliability or longevity. KB505U: I cannot find any ID info other than the model#, but it has the Utility keys to the right labeled CORRECTLY instead of the awful way you see online i.e. PAGE DOWN is no longer written: Pu, etc. Unit feels sturdy and the keys are quiet; and register properly when pressed. Between the Right Windows and Control keys is a button I was unfamiliar with: it opens the Context menu. I guess indeed that is the proper symbol. LED back-lighting is not overbearing at all, and does the job well. And the view angle is not restricted. The key arrangement is Standard, and the Function keys (F1-F12) aren't re-defined or shared. I very much like the way they now label the keys altogether. Footprint is fine; not oversized. Specs, of course, are online. Keypad 1 - 9 don't have additional labels (Home, End, etc.). The top utility keys include Volume, Mute and Calculator; my personal favorites. I believe that the Design and Presentation decisions they made were absolutely the correct ones (re: my opinion and keyboard desires). I'll correspond again in a few weeks. So far, I really like this keyboard. 5 |

So far I love these. I have the Leica 14-24 2.8 ASPH lens. All the info online says these filters work with the Sigma variant of these lenses. Most of the info about the LEICA version of the same lens shows a different “switch” that holds any behind-lens filter in place, compared to the “switch” in pictures of the “twin” Sigma Art 14-24. So I frittered around for a long time trying to cut ND “film” to fit my Leica lens. That was like trying to make a spaceship out of garbage bags. Then I noticed that the filter “switch” in my Leica 14-24 looked almost like the pictures of the switch in the Sigma 14-24 - so I ordered this kit. These filters fit perfectly in my Leica SL 14-24, and the filter-holding switch in my Leica lens holds the filter perfectly, just like the Sigma lens photos online. I do lots of desert and ocean photography, so this ND kit works great. I would want to be very, very careful inserting, changing and handling these to avoid breaking the thin glass in camera. But so far they are great. 5 |

I have two of these. I think they are a great light. I'm surprised there is not more info about them online. I compare them to the Apurture Amaran 528s which has a ton of reviews. I think these are even better. They have barndoors which is helpful to have something to clip gels to. Although the barndoors feel a little flimsy its nice to have them. The lights are made out of plastic but they feel really solid. They put out a good amount of light for their size. Even better, they come with batteries and chargers, a carry case, a lengthy power cord and an optional grip handle for handholding them. I doubt if there is a more fully featured LED at this price point that comes close to this brightness. I used these on a music video shoot in the street at nighttime and they were perfect. The batteries lasted for more then 2.5 hours of near continuous use. No idea how long the actual battery life is. I recommend the Daylight spot model for max brightness. You can always gel it to change the color temp. 5 |
