Export Quickbooks Online With All Attached Documents

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! 2/3 of a stop is a good value for my needs. the full stop was too much and 1/3 not enough at all.

Works fine and was easy to set up and export files.

I use scanner for online faxing: scan documents and send them through online fax service to fax machine. I also use chromebook. But I like the functions of this machine, and I have 1 pc to use it. I am surprised to find out that Canon has android and chrome apps that allows me to use my chromebook to connect to this machine. The wi-fi connection is my decision point vs. other model which gives me the flexibility to place this machine in a convenient location. In the PC software you can choose to save scanned documents to a local drive. In the chrom app, you can choose to connect with your mail app (gmail) and after the scan, the document becomes an attachment in a email. I then use the email to fax service to send fax. High speed; space saving design; simple and efficient interface.

Game changer at work-This devise is attached to my work computer and is handy to have for quick scanning of documents that I attach to emails or just file. Instead of having to walk down the hall to use a shared copier-scanner, I can avoid the wait and work more productively.

I'm using this for an independent feature. After getting used to the controls, it's quick and easy to use and export.

One online image showed lights attached. I realized that they weren't included ("in the box" is invaluable tool). But I expected them to be listed as an accessory, but were not. Okay, I'm being REALLY picky at literally THE best online ordering website IN THE WORLD, for ANY product (take THAT Amazon)! But... if you could be so kind as to identify the pictured lights, I would be most appreciative? As far as the goosenecks are concerned, they are sturdy and well made. Look forward to using with the pictured lights.
