Exporting Quickbooks Online To Desktop Version

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! You can easily scan to your smartphone, tablet, USB or online storage account from your desktop or your cellphone. The huge feed tray is awesome, and it breezes through double sided documents. great rich color scanning, impeccable quality or scans. It can scan any document you have with ease including business cards and other smaller documents. The ability to create searchable PDFs and editable word or excel doc from your scans. Great desktop USB microphone for online music transmission. It is heavy and stable on the desktop, great as an audio interface / mixer. Several people have commented to me on the clarity of the microphone and have ordered it themselves based on the quality of my transmissions. This is the second one of these that I have purchased.

Great NAS solution. The DSM software has a very easy to use desktop interface. Plenty of online resources for support. I have it in a basement closet, but the fans are quiet enough they wouldn't bother you if it was on your desk. As usual, B&H order process and shipping was flawless and quick.

Prior to purchasing the BenQ PD3220U, I had a LG 27UK850. The LG was a great monitor, however I had issues with color matching when exporting to my iPhone. Now with the BenQ monitor, color matching is spot on. My edits on Lightroom are exactly what they are when I exporting to my iPhone. I love my new monitor. I highly recommend for professional photographer and videographers!!!

The last computer I had was a mac which was so old, exporting a 5 minute video for youtube would take 2 hours. I knew that it was slow but I had no idea how slow. I purchased this computer from B&H because I trust B&H. There are a lot of computer selling websites out there with a whole bunch of options, but I am just not that savvy when it comes to pcs. This shipped quickly and for free and once I had it up and running I downloaded Premiere and got straight to work editing another 5 minute video. Export time? 2 minutes. That's with multiple layers and color correction. I have also exported 60 minute videos and they have taken about 5 to 6 minutes. I'm of course very happy. Great purchase from a company I trust.

Finally the iMac does everything you want it to: fast in everyday life, 4k video editing, picture manipulating and exporting. Haven't hit the limit yet
