The Netgear WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX6250 was very easy to install and it did exactly what I needed it to do; extend the coverage of my Spectrum Router.

Using in bridge mode to get WIFI inside steel workshop. The CPE510 is mounted outside on corner of overhanging roof post pointed to house with existing 5 GHz WIFI. Ethernet cable goes inside to TP-Link travel router. I now have stable, dependable high strength WIFI signal inside the building. Also wired LAN ports on the travel router if I ever need one. Very pleased.

To explain why I love this router I need to explain the issues I ran with another product. I've been using the Google WiFi for a while but I had some major issues with it. The biggest problem was that it's dependent on Google's infrastructure and when it was down, so was my home network. The 2nd problem was with my need to use my home WiFi in bridge mode to allow access to devices on my wired network, printers for example. To do this with Google WiFi I had to give up the mesh capability which defeats it's whole purpose. Now AMPLIFI AFi-HD. First of all it's doesn't rely on an external infrastructure to work. Second, it support mesh network in bridge mode, hence solving my access issues. In addition to this package I also purchased an additional mesh point to better cover my home.My home Wifi is now extremely fast and reliable. I have 100% signal strength in most of my home and no point in my 2 story home has less than 87% signal strength. I have no problem streaming 4K video from Netflix with speeds up to 65+Mbs while keep using other devices on the network with no noticeable slow-down. I am now waiting for the release of the Teleport which is supposed to make it possible to take my network on the road.

I am a novice IT guy for my 4 unit condo. I installed this on our Xfinity cable modem (bridge mode) and then connected to each of the 4 feeds to each condo. For my condo I also added a manage POE switch and 3 WiFi Pro-7 for an economical WiFi 7 network. This unit will expand with your home and knowledge of networking.
