Extending Networking Cable Through Ac Outlets

What I like about this is the 6 outlets which can be used for ac bricks and the other 6 for regular purposes.

Excellent Power Station the four, three prong ac outlets are a major plus for my uses.

batteries only last about one hour so ac adaptor is a big help when stationary with outlets.

Great compact UPS if you don't need lots of power output. We use it to back up some networking gear for a home network. The only down side is the number of outlets on the UPS side. It has 6 outlets total, but only 4 are backed up on the UPS. For a bunch of small devices, you need to add a power strip or similar.

I have this unit setup with all of my networking gear. It's small enough that is out of the way, but big enough to provide many outlets. The battery will power my network for about 5hrs, running at about 60watts.

I bought this for my home office to neaten up the tangle of wires from my growing collection of networking gear. I built a wooden rack and put all the network-related stuff on it, plugged into the rear outlets. It's not the fanciest set-up in the world, but it does the job. I also like the front outlets, which are handy for portable device chargers and other sundry uses that don't merit a permanent connection. The selling point for this particular UPS in my case was the cover over the power switch, which prevents accidentally turning it off. I know, it's a little thing; but I think it's an important one.
