This speakerphone is very clear on both ends. Was able to hear the other person speaking clearly even when my portable air conditioner was running in the room.

As always B&H was very quick to send the package out and it was what we ordered no problem. Our only problem is that the air conditioner is apparently too loud for even this windscreen to totally block the noise. It does a much better job but the mic is apparently extremely sensitive to all sound.

I got this because during the hot months I can't run my air conditioner and computer at the same time due to neighborhood brownouts. If I turn the air conditioner off the computer overheats. This covers the outtages so I can work in comfort without unexpectedly rebooting every few minutes. Thanks!

Electrical power spikes occur for many reasons and your sensitive electronics won't survive unless you have a quality surge suppressor. Most products sold as surge supressors only provide a low level of protection and are little more than power bars. The Isobar offers a high level of protection and, unlike most other surge suppressors, will isolate each outlet from surges caused by other appliances plugged into it. Case in point, I needed to use an air conditioner on the same outlet as a computer. The Isobar effectively protects the computer from power surges as the air conditioner cycles on and off.

I ordered my DELTA Max as part of a bundle with the Wave air conditioner. I also purchased a 160 watt solar panel. I live in the south and am planning to use the Wave while camping to cool my tent in the evening. The solar panel will help recharge the Max during the day. I have not yet received the Wave, but I did get the Max and solar panel. I tested the solar panel and Max out today and everything worked as expected. So far, I am very pleased.

I recently purchased a new NEST thermostat to replace a thermostat custom for my furnace & air conditioner. The wiring was odd and so I called in a Reliance installer, who inspected, then easily installed the NEST. This unit functions flawlessly and it was a conch connecting it to my home wifi and adding it to my NEST account online. The product is unobtrusive and fits beautifully with our decor.

Definitely an improvement over the slick vinyl covers that deteriorate and leave black flecks on your ears and face. I prefer the texture as well; it's not sticky during the summer and warmer during the winter. That said, nothing lasts forever and you will have to replace these before you see any exterior wear... I've had my 7506s since the mid-90s and like others I've had to replace the ear pads after 3-4 years as the smooth vinyl begins to deteriorate. After going through this a few times I eventually found these velour pads and thought my problems were solved.   On the exterior they were - I've had these velour pads for close to a decade now and while they do have a bit of the smooth vinyl on the part that attaches to the headphones, and while that did deteriorate and come off after a couple of years, the actual velour pads have been fine. However, a few weeks ago I noticed a buzz in my left driver. At first I thought the driver had finally broken, but I realized that the buzz wasn't consistent as you would expect from a broken driver. After taking off the covers I found the issue: while the exterior of the pads has held up, the thin layer of foam that covers the drivers had begun to deteriorate and little pieces had fallen onto the driver cone. After a very delicate extraction and cleaning of the foam crumbs the driver was buzz-free. But it was not an easy process. The point is that while the exterior of these hold up well, the foam on the interior will eventually deteriorate.   I was able to remove and clean that out, but it could have ruined the drivers. So I'd recommend checking on these periodically - much better to catch this and replace the pads than deal with a delicate and messy cleaning. You can use the slick vinyl on the exterior collar as a warning guide! After all of that has deteriorated and come off, it's probably a good time to examine the interior!

I ordered two of these cords to help spread out our exterior holiday display. We needed a multi-outlet cord that was long and able to handle exposure to the elements. The distribution of outlets including one at the tail allows for a large amount of flexibility for the placement of items. We also like that each outlet has tabs with holes in them that you can use to secure each outlet to stakes or walls. The outlets don't come with covers which leaves any that you don't use exposed. We purchased plastic safety electrical covers to keep water out. Note that the packaging says 'Century' not Milspec. They are made by Century and distributed by Milspec.
