External Camera Monitor

This was exactly what I needed to power the external monitor on my camera rig.

I use this to make it easier to connect an external monitor to my camera. Does its job and does it well.

It is great if you don't need much length (e.g., external monitor mounted on top of camera, etc.).

The battery works great to power my Red Camera, Red monitor, and a 7 inch external monitor. I get close to 2 hours of run time. It does add weight to the camera but actually makes the camera more balanced as it helps offset heavy lenses. Understandably It also takes longer to charge compared to my IDX duo 98c batteries.

Perfect cable to run between the camera, and a large external monitor.........for client viewing. Good for immediate review of dailies, and photos.

I use this arm to hold an external monitor onto my camera rig and it is totally solid. The arm's little locating points and large ball joints see to that. (No more monitor spinning away at the most inopportune moment!) I like to re-position the monitor for different shooting positions and this arm enables me to do that easily while maintaining a solid mount for the monitor. Built well and priced right.

You won't regret getting this battery for your camera rig. Powers your external monitor and camera for a long time. And it can be use as a charger for your camera batteries, phones etc.

I'm using this arm for an external monitor for a video camera. Was not disappointed from the second I opened it. It provides strong support for any position it is locked. So no matter where the camera is set-up, there is a position that can be locked for proper viewing of the external monitor. I highly recommend this friction arm.

Powers the camera and external monitor for 5 to 6 hours straight. It's a nice alternative to charging and hauling a bag of the original batteries.
