I just added the WD 4TB Elements External Desktop Hard Disk Drive to my� back up solution (6 hard drives) and Windows 10.� I disconnected the power and USB cable from a full WD hard drive and replaced it with this new drive and fired it up. It works great, just like I would expect from Western Digital. 5 |

I bought this to access data from orphan drives taken from my multi-bay external hard drive. It's easy to install a drive in the enclosure and my iMac immediately recognized the drive on startup. Transfer speeds were fine for my purpose (copying files from the drive). A good solution for me at a reasonable price. 5 |
