I just added the WD 4TB Elements External Desktop Hard Disk Drive to my� back up solution (6 hard drives) and Windows 10.� I disconnected the power and USB cable from a full WD hard drive and replaced it with this new drive and fired it up. It works great, just like I would expect from Western Digital. 5 |

If you have a computer running Windows on a legacy hard disk, you really have to upgrade. It saved me from having to buy a new computer. 5 |

I've only used this hard disk for a few days, but the write time & access time are amazingly fast. I would have thought the 1Tb would have given me storage to spare, but I find myself wishing I had bought two. B&H installed it prior to shipping for a very reasonable fee & that cut out the uncertainty of installing something I was unsure of. I couldn't be happier. 5 |

Was able successfully clone Windows from original hard-disk and replace it with this OWC SSD on my new laptop. Time will show how long it will last - but having OWC SSDs on my MacPro2008 and MacPro2010: Bravo OWC! 5 |

My laptops hard drive died after several years of use, and I replaced it with the exact same drive, I could not get Windows 10 reloaded, something wrong with the image disk I made when the computer was new, so i just downloaded Ubuntu and burned a install DVD disk, and it fired right up and has been working like a Champ. 5 |
