I have had this hard drive for approximately 2 weeks and am very pleased with it. For many years I have had a highly recommended external drive that intermittently caused small-large problems. But mostly it was SO noisy. The LaCie drive is so quiet I usually don't even know when it is doing its back ups! It was easy to set up and start using it. Hopefully the efficiency will be combined with a long-lasting drive that doesn't have intermittent problems. I definitely am not anticipating this will be a problem and am glad I made this purchase. 5 |
