You can't go wrong with a LaCie Rugged External Hard Drive. We have purchased at least 5 of their various Rugged drives over the past 5 years and all of them are still functioning perfectly. This 5TB one is great for large storage. If you are looking for an external drive to work directly off of and need faster speed, I would suggest LaCie's SSD drives, but these are the best combination of storage and protection I've found. 5 |
