External Remote Control Light Switch

Have only had it for a few days, but I love the power switch and volume control on the remote.

Bought specifically for external remote variable speed zoom control mounted on a tripod. The more you turn the the zoom(focus) control the faster the zoom will go. Works zooming in or out with a great deal of control. There is a separate knob that works as a speed limiter. Bought with the remote control unit with a Varizoom Mini Audio/Video to Lanc Converter Cable to connect to my consumer Sony HDR-CX360 video camera. The camera was not on the list of cameras. EVERYTHING WORKED, worked well and with great operator control for the zoom. Item used for capturing automotive race action. No negatives as far as operation. Items packed well, timely shipping.

This switch box was better than I thought it would be. It has a remote control included to switch between inputs. But as it turns out I have not needed it yet . The box automatically changes input when a device powers up. Plug and play easy install.

This device provides the means of remote control of lights (on, off, intensity). The Vasa app used to interface with the switch is simple to use and includes switch installation instructions that were thorough and clear.  I have very little experience with electrical wiring, but was able to effect the installation in relatively short order.  Just needed to make a quick trip to the hardware store to buy a current detector.  The switch has an elegant appearance and can be smoothly operated, either directly or remotely

I am a photo hobbyist and was looking for a wired remote switch for my canon 7d camera. I wanted to be able to control the shutter for long exposures. I was using it for firework displays and trailing automobile tailights. This product is well made, fits correctly and does exactly what I need it for. Best of all the price is great.

At the time you get a digital equipment, you missed some features that you use to have on your analog camera. The remote switch help you to obtain better shots when you have to control the objects you are shooting. Even for an amateur photographer, the remote control, is an accesory you need to have. Thank Canon to keep on market many features to the DC-10, the most valuable equipment I have. Although, the cord is to short in many cases.

After I get this remote switch I just get addicted to it, its so helpful and gives you a lot of control and accuracy while you shoot. your way of shooting macro change a lot, getting sharper images and real time control. I strongly recomend it.

It allows me to either use the remote or the receiver as the switch. I really like it.
