External Ssd Desktop Storage

Slim and fast SSD drive, excellent for on the go, or as an external drive for desktop/laptop.

Needed a good basic desktop for everyday home use. Purchased this Envy a month ago. Windows 10 Home 64; 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i5 processor; NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 SUPER™ (6 GB GDDR6 dedicated); 8 GB memory; 1 TB HDD storage; 256 GB SSD storage. Price inc tax 856. Arrived quickly as it was off the shelf in-stock. Simple connections, started right up with no issues and have had no problems after a month of use. Came with cheap keyboard and mouse but they work. No games or other high processor use; just basic financial, word, home info and photo storage, printing, internet browsing and communication, simple dolby stereo, bluetooth. The SSD starts the computer very fast and it is very quiet. I had to pay a little more than I thought to get the components I wanted but I hope to use it for years. I am satisfied.

Easier to install than I thought. Super nice to have this kind of storage on my desktop in SSD instead of HDD. Got it for a fair price too :)

We just made the switch from a desktop PC, which contained several NVME SSD drives, to a Mac Mini M2 Pro. I chose these enclosures so I could continue using those drives for sample loading and audio file storage. If you have spare drives, this allows you to save money because you may not need to spend the extra dough to get larger storage on your Mac product. The form factor and the build quality are both perfect and we get about 900 mb/s transfer using the USB-C/TB4 ports, which is about 25% of what I get with the internal SSD drive on a my Mac Mini, but which is quite acceptable for this kind of drive and the applications for which I use it.

Bought to add storage to my new custom desktop running Windows 10 off a SSD. Quick install, setup and off we go! Very fast!

Using this as a second SSD in my gaming desktop for extra file storage. It's a quick, reliable SSD. No complaints here!

And did I mention that this Samsung T5 EVO Portable SSD is 2 terabytes? The size of the Samsung T5 EVO Portable SSD is really small so, it's easy to carry around with you. Overall, I really like the Samsung T5 EVO Portable SSD, another superb product by Samsung. If you are in the market looking for external storage SSD, I would recommend this Samsung T5 EVO Portable SSD.

I'm very loyal to SanDisk. I think they make great external storage devices, including this portable SSD. It's very sturdy and was a great price. I think the price is even lower now than what I paid. My only complaint/caution is that it gets VERY hot. I assume/hope that's okay.

It is fast and reliable as external cache storage for DaVinci Resolve. I used the G-Drive USB-C SSD before, and this is a definite upgrade.
