External Usb Camera For Android Tablet

I use this cable to connect my external 1tb storage drive to my android tablet. Just connect. presto, nothing else to do. It performed just as well as the internal storage. I use this to tether my Canon 5D MkIII to my 10 Adnroid tablet or android phone. There is a $$Android utility called DSLR controller that allows you to remote control the camera. So now I can see my images in good detail while I am taking them, instead of trying to use the small LCD on the camera. I can also show my clients the images before leaving the site. This cable is GREAT! I tried finding one around town with no luck, but B&H delivered quickly.

I am able to connect external peripherals like a mouse and keyboard when I want to use it more like a laptop. It also allows me to connect with my external hard drive. Small, compact but huge help!

After my 2'nd Samsung Tablet (in 5 years) broke, I decided to give Apple a try. This is my first apple product. I've always been a windows (pc) and Android ( tablet/phone) user, so when I needed a new tablet, I figured I'd give apple a try. $329.00 is cheap to try the apple eco system.... IOS seems a bit more restrictive than Android (maybe that's a learning curve ?)... but, so far, I am very impressed. From a user interface/usability standpoint, it is much more enjoyable to use than my Samsung (Android) tablet, albeit the Samsung was 3 years old. Very seemless integration with my Microsoft One Drive Cloud storage/MS office products. Got the apple pencil as well.... Why not ! I'll probably always stay with Windows OS for a pc, but may take a bite of the apple when I get a new pbone...
