Factory Direct Computer Speakers

This is a direct perfect upgrade to Spectrums factory router and Wi-Fi box. So much easier to have it all in one and has great customization with the software it’s self. 10/10

I bought these speakers because I really wasn't satisfied with the sound coming from the factory speaker in my TV. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these speakers. I wish I had purchased them long before I did. I had them plugged in, paired with my Roku TV and listening to them in under 5 minutes. I am not a technical person and I was dreading installation so to have them be so easy to install was the icing on the cake for me. They have a clear / crisp sound to them with great bass without having to add on any other speakers like a soundbar or subwoofer. I am so happy that I purchased them and will be buying a Roku TV and these speakers for my spare bedroom.

I pre-ordered toward the end of the summer, got them in November, and they've been wonderful! Just recently the past couple of days though, I suddenly notice that the speakers keep unpairing with the TV. This issue had not happened just until the past couple of days. My first attempt to get them paired, I was unsuccessful. I tried everything that I could find online to try to fix, but was getting nowhere. I finally ended up doing a factory reset on my Roku, which stinks because now I have to log back in to each one of my channels. This morning, I noticed once again that the speakers had unpaired. I got them reconnected this afternoon without having to again factory reset the TV (thank goodness). When I get home from work, I will see if they are still paired (fingers crossed). Was there a Roku TV update recently that could be causing this? Up until this problem, I've had zero issues.

I love B&H so I think this may be a factory issue -my recent purchase does not work beyond about 4 ft in other words I don't think it's working at all. I think the computer mic is still all I'm getting.the pairing device says all is paired but listeners report that they can't hear me any differently send without mic. in this day and age I have no idea if there's a way to return it

We used the RC6S Polk speakers in a Dental office to direct sound above patients during exams and in small waiting rooms plus reception and office spaces with individual keypads for every speaker. Great sound in every location. Thank You for your dual imput speaker
