Factory Setting Mac

After trying a different PC & then a Mac, which freaked me out because it's so different than the original, so I returned them. And after ordering an HP from the factory - cancelled that after I was told it would take not 8 days but 4-6 weeks. I don't know why I didn't think of B&H earlier. I've always had respect for this firm so when I found this I jumped on it. It's got everything I need and is very fast! And free delivery took a whopping 2 days!

Simple install, nice connector fit (not too stiff). Heat sink install diagram out of date, turns out OWC updated the chip layout. Their support team was super responsive and sent a new diagram. Makes sense which chip to affix the heatsink to, and while it hangs off the side of the PCB, everything still fits perfectly under the Mac Pro 2013 outer shell, and temps appear controlled and consistent with the factory SSD. Nice to have the Envoy Pro enclosure included, restoring from that was much faster than the Time Machine backup on my NAS. Day to day operational speed is noticeably improved as well. Unexpected bonus: Boot Camp actually plays nicely with the new drive, despite the 6,1 Mac Pro not having official compatibility. The BC Assistant partitioned the drive with no complaints, and Windows 10 installed and runs fine. However, the outgoing Boot Camp partition on the factory SSD can't boot, but we expected that (error INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE, despite guides on injecting device drivers). So awesome upgrade, with bonus Boot Camp use.

This went exactly as was advertised (the Mac Mini upgrade) Great price compared to Apple factory. Well worth the effort. Thanks B & H.

Exactly what I needed to get my old Mac Quadra 605 up and running again. Now I can use any old VGA monitor since my factory monitor died.

I have a mid 2011 27 Mac desktop that was still running the factory installed RAM & was becoming quite sluggish. Read about how well this upgrade helps. It does! This is the exact replacement I was looking for when I lost the factory cable for my camera. I plugged this baby into my camera - then into my mac and BAM *Good times.

Factory made ink is always going to be the best... You might be able to get ink cheaper, but... it's cheaper!!! I'm tired of cheaper printing and now just use factory ink...

I have a dual head and a triple head and both work without a glitch. I use on the mac interface and resolutions with this and the DVI-I digital are perfect. The only problems I have ever had have been with the apple mini plug's which have a max resolution of 25601600, which obviously poses a problem if you are trying to run dual 1080p externals. Great item, I have used in a church setting for setting up multiple projectors and in a business setting for stock broker displays. DualHead2go items are great, tech support is poor at best.

The P900 works well. I have not had it very long, but my printing is good, and I had no problems setting it up with my Mac mini M1.
