I was surprised to only find a catalog pamphlet the only documentation with all the parts in a plastic bag, no box other than the shipping box (bulk buy packaging?). I was wondering how all the parts go together, a few minutes of studying the bits and it became obvious. All together now, very sturdy and holds the control head for my radio very securely. This is my first ever RAM Mount, they're popularity and reputation is well deserved, I'd buy another if the need arose.

I purchased this scanner to catalog photographs that my uncle had taken in Vietnam in 1968. The color in most of the photos were either faded over the years or the film was not developed properly. Either way, the scanner set up process went quickly on the Mac and I was scanning the first photos in no time. I used the auto mode to quickly scan the photos for a family member and the photos turned out great! The auto mode brought back color and sharpness in the photos. I have not scanned any photos in any other mode but the automatic one, so I really can't talk about the other modes. I am very satisfied with this scanner and I haven't even experimented with it yet.

Just what I needed to catalog vintage family negatives. Appreciate that they are archival, so I could safely remove negatives from old glassine envelopes. Available in both 3-frame and 4-frame versions—I needed 4-frame, so no need to cut the strips. Easy to see the negatives, while the storage page keeps them dust-free. Hoping I can make a digital contact sheet on my scanner, without removing from the page.

Im just starting out with this whole video scene but Im not ill-knowledgable. My whole rig that I need to support with the cam mixer, microphones, cables, accessories, weighs probably 12 minimal and goes way up from there depending on the accessories i have. This thing says it can only support 8.9 pounds... boy are they wrong this thing can handle way more. I love the sturdiness off the tripod as a whole, a lot more metal parts then there are plastic, hardly any plastic parts at all. If you have mixed feelings about this...DONT!!! It will blow you away when you finaly get it and start playing around with it!

Used this to shoot large auto parts for commercial work I have currently. Only downfall is I needed a little more and had to order a 2nd roll.
