Fast Track Fitness & Physical Therapy

Funny how life catches up with you. I hauled all sorts of loads for years, decade after decade. One day in my mid-fifties I stepped off a curb wrong and experienced a back injury. After several thousand dollars of physical therapy I realized I had to make some life changes and some gear adjustments: no more 25 lb and 30 lb sand bags. I switched to 15 lb and 10 lb shot bags for video production. There is so much less strain on my back now. I've started purchasing this particular model shot bag as I rotated C-stands back into my arsenal. Yes, they cost more than traditional sand bags, but the money I'm saving in physical therapy and reducing further injury justifies their cost. I've never had an injury in my life until my fifties, and, quite frankly, thought that I never would be injured. Save your back while you can. Lighten your load sooner than later. That way you can continue to do the work you love to do. Also one big advantage of shot bags is that they have a smaller footprint than corresponding sandbags weighing the same amount, so their smaller footprint takes up less storage space in my studio.

Nice watch to track fitness results. Many functions that are easy to use. The GPS works very well and nice downloads of workout to phone. Charge last a long time.

We use this for recording student therapy sessions and it works great!

I use it in my bedroom. Music is therapy for me! I like it loud and clean! This used with beam is amazing and so simple to use.

I just wish it had a physical off button

I knew this was fast but expected more heft (physical weight) and a bigger footprint. Well it is fast, tiny and easy to mount anywhere and slips into the smallest of pockets. Beautiful product

It works great for minimizing/eliminating thumps from physical contact with a mic stand. I also like the fast clamp holder.

I was never into VR because the level of quality wasn't there and then.... Oculus Quest 2 and the game ELEVEN that I use now as a therapy for people with Parkinson, changed my perspective of VR. We even had a world championship for PingPongParkinson. Just to tell you one thing, I use it every day. Period! Nenad Bach, NY

I actually use mine for vision therapy. The games are working great and it's helping me train my eyes to work together.
