Fastest Win 98 Gaming Computer

Installed this in my Win 98 gaming rig, Drivers installed nicely and easy. Speed is in between 100-1000 some times limited to PCI bus speed or Hard drive transfer pending what hard drive I am using, Got a slight boost on download speeds too, still a farcry away from getting my 30 mbps connection.

I bought it for my use, but my son uses it for his gaming computer. Love it!

This CPU is great for pretty much every use case. It's absolutely the fastest gaming processor on the market, and also quick enough that you can run a few virtual machines on it without causing issues. Those who need to run more than a few VMs at once may want to consider one of the higher end models with more cores, but in general, developers could do far worse than this bad boy. Fair bit of warning though, it runs hot. This is by design according to the engineering team, but it will be warmer than you're used to. The processor will run to the absolute thermal limit to hit its boost clocks. Mine hits 84 C under full load from Prime95 with the best air cooler on the market. Under everyday usage though, it hovers around 50 C, which is quiet enough to not be an issue.

Used it with a BlackMagicDesign Intensity Pro 4K graphics card with my Origin Gaming Win 10 laptop.  Until I realized that this existed, I wished my camera could tape in 4K and live stream in 720p. Now I can!

It's just as fast and sometimes faster than the 5800X3D i gaming. It win some and loses some in gaming. However, it's blazing fast in productivity. For slightly less than a 5800X3D it's a no brainer. Of course, mobo and DDR5 is required but at least it's more future proof than the AM4 platform.

It was a win win for both of us, he got his own little gaming room and I got control of my tv now. This Sony inzone monitor is the next- gen having monitor, I'm just amazed by it. This is a true 4K HDR monitor and with 27 inches is a great screen to play on and look at. The picture is vivid, sharp, and just a great gaming experience. True HDR we was amazed at the how the games looked bring played on this. I like that my son chooses this over our regular tv. The monitor is light weight and easy to move around where you need it. The instructions came with pictures and was pretty much self explanatory, we set it up in just a few minutes. I liked that it has lots of ports for HDMI, headphones, ECT. The speaker sound is pretty much like a regular tv. And it's ok for now for my son. We think it's cool how it matched the PS5 colors perfectly, like that were made for each other. It's just a great monitor, everything about it was great.. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for. You want a nice monitor for your bucks this is it.

I've had good computers for many years, but this is one of the lightest and fastest. I love it and think this a good quality computer and one the best I've had.
