Fat Controller In Complete Darkness Midi

This keyboard has made it to where I am able to see my keys on the keyboard, even at night or complete darkness. I would recommend to anyone, especially if your vision is not what it use to be.

Great unit to see heat signatures of all kind. I have used it in house and the woods. The other night in complete darkness my dog was going crazy by the fence. I used it and seen a rabbit tantalizing him.

I'm EXTREMLY happy with the FL-36R purchase. However I was worried at first it might not have enough power under normal situations, but this is not the case. I've been shooting in all rooms in my house with f/5.6 auto ISO mode (using bounce method), and the ISO never goes past 200 on my E-PL1! This is even in almost complete darkness in the basement with a ceiling that is not finished (plywood). It then recharges in about 2 seconds so I know it's not even trying that hard. I have a very large unfinished double garage and there it did go to 400-800 in almost complete darkness. I'll be using the FL-36R mostly in regular homes 99% of the time so it should do very well for me. Perhaps one day for a wedding I may treat myself to the FL-50R, but I'm plenty satisfied now! It's just too bad the focus assist lamp does not work on Olympus PEN cameras, but I knew this going in.

I use this microphone for DJing, plugs directly into my midi controller and sounds crystal clear.

I got this fat boy to complete the trinity and knew what I was getting myself into. Manual focus and complete picture heaven. I'm extremely happy with the D800e (or D810 for that matter) and the otus combo. Can wait to use this lense on the future 50mp+ sensor to be released by Nikon. Now, for some nit picking: (1) Extremely big, wide girth. (2) Lense hood is made of slightly thinner metal than its brothers. (3) Be prepared to shell out ($+) for some quality 95mm filters. I 'had' to get the Zeiss UV filter as well as the circular polarizer for mine. The Lee adaptor for the 150mm filter set would be next on the shopping list. (4) Slight barrel distortion (which is easily corrected) but still left me somewhat disappointed in this regard. (5) Not weather sealed (6) Price. Closing comment: I don't know which focal length the otus line will venture into next. Personally I don't think it would be practical to make the otus with an even wider focal length (with the same f-stop), as it'll be physically too big and fat to mount on a camera and carry around on a shoot.

this controller controls EVERYTHING would need it to, and is a cobination of a GREAT midi controller for beats, and an EVEN BETTER control surface...the key for me is the LARGE FONT LCD....no more squinting with reason, i dont even have much need to look anywhere else, it almost feels like a stand alone device....AWESOME NEKTAR
