Fed 941 Report Quickbooks Online

After receiving aftermarket counterfeits from another popular online retailer, I was fed up and ordered this one. It is a genuine Optoma replacement and is operating as expected.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! These were purchased to fit a very early IMI Jericho 941, with the small rear sight dovetail. They fit perfectly! Very well constructed of hard steel and the tritium is bright.

Black Magic: 866 Write, 941 Read. With AJA 882 write, 960 Read. I down loaded 250gb in one session with no problems. I am using it on 2020 27 iMac.
