Fedex Guy Throwing My Computer Monitor

It is doing what I need, a computer monitor. I don't have anything else hooked up. I'm not the guy to review the nuances of image quality, color matching, etc. It was on sale, and it's dimensions fit where I wanted it to fit. I like the quick attach mount, the base is sturdy, and the height adjustment is smooth and fast. B&H is great

First of all: I am a retired old guy with years of computer industry experience. What I have digitized: files; digital photos; music is about 10 TB worth of data. My preference is to have data physically under my control because I don't trust security in the cloud and I don't want to worry about upload download times given my awful local monopoly internet provider. Suffice it to say, Back Up is fairly major deity in my pantheon. This is my second Mercury Elite Drive -- the previous was 14TB. My past is littered with WD, Seagate and La Cie drives, none of which seem to make it past three years of use, few make it past 2. Two years ago I tried Mercury: Plus: more reliable than the competition (big plus) and: an industrial strength USB connector on the drive, not the flimsy thing the competitors use Negative: Noisy -- especially as a music server. But for home use and control of one's information -- the best on the market

B&H handled my purchase with ease and comfort, it arrived promptly from fedex even during the holidays. the monitor is superb, crisp clean design and function. might just have to buy another one.

Love the computer so far but never got the monitor.

Really, really tiny, which is great because I'm just throwing it in my camera bag as an extra monitor mount. Seems solidly built!

I use an external monitor with my computer that has no built-in web cam. My web-cam can sit on top of the monitor screen, but the viewing angle isn't great. (I prefer not to expose my viewers to a sharply focused view of my bald pate.) So I used this device, together with the Square jellyfish ball head (BALLHDP76) to support the webcam on the desk beneath the monitor. As the attached image shows, it works well. If this device seems to be a solution looking for a problem, I seem to have found the right problem. You're welcome....

Worked as expected. My D7100 now is happily connected to an HDMI computer monitor. It worked right out of the box. My experience with this product doesn't give me any reason to not give it a full 5 stars.

Purchased to use while working from home. My monitor is DVI in and my computer is HDMI out, so this cable did the trick. Great length to not have to worry about keeping things in one place, gave me options.
