I just purchased an EF 400mm f/4 IS II lens. My first chance to really try it out was when a brood of American kestrels fledged from a nest box on our pole building. The pictures I got were very sharp and enabled me to identify food items being brought to the young by the adults. Getting closer with a lens like this allows you to learn some of the ins and outs of animal behavior besides getting some really neat photos. Thanks, B and H! 5 |

I bought this filter to shoot my thesis film. We shot on a C100 mark ii with vintage Zeiss lenses. This filter really helped sell home the film look. When you have a practical in the shot, it blooms those highlights wonderfully. Really looks great. I think 1/8 is the best, it’s subtle but you can still feel what it’s doing. Anything more looks too overkill for me. Highly recommend, even if it’s pretty expensive for one filter. 5 |

I use this to mount my collection of vintage Contax Zeiss lenses onto the Sony A7S II and it never comes off. It feels solid, and the manual lenses work amazing and seem to all fit either perfectly or just about perfect. Great product, get it! 5 |
