Film Camera Purchase

i shoot with a 4x5 large format camera and i will continue to purchase all my film from b&h

Pleased with the purchase, works well in an Old Canon F1 film camera.

I extensively researched the purchase of this product, having looked at more than 50 different dslr and mirrorless cameras. Prior to this camera, I had experience with film and digital slrs. I own an art company and plan on using this for streaming, once I locate the correct capture device. The camera takes very nice stills which I have printed on a commercial large-format photo printer, the finished prints are very good. This is my first Panasonic camera, but have owned Olympus, Minolta, Nikon, and the medium format Hasselblad (film camera). Having taken pictures over the years with high-end equipment, this camera takes good shots and the video, in my opinion, is very good.

This is my first DSLR camera purchase (I had a film SLR years and years ago) and the remote shutter release is one of my favorite things about DSLRs!

Decided on this as my first purchase of a DSLR, I had an older Canon Rebel film camera years ago and loved it. Wanted something to use to photograph my kids playing sports (basket ball & softball) and general photography to capture memories. Very satisfied so far, easy to use, and great pics.

Product arrived quickly. I purchased this so that I can begin my film journey. I have it in my fridge right now. I'm still looking to purchase a film camera so that I can start using it. Portra 400 is known as the best of the best when it comes to shooting indoors. I'm excited to start using this film!

This was a bit of an impulsive purchase but so far I've very happy. The camera is easy to use and perfect for me-- I wanted an instant camera so that I can be more intentional about taking pictures and get physical prints without having to get film developed. Quality is definitely good. It isn't the best in low light but I'm old enough to remember when all photos were like that, so it feels very nostalgic for me. I looking forward to letting my young cousins use this camera and experience the magic of physical photographs! I'm so glad that I bought this camera from B&H because I was able to get a package with a case made by Instax plus affordable film.

I purchase this tripod to use with my video camera. I needed something that folded up small enough to put in my suitcase as I film events overseas.It is also lightweight enough to not ad too much to my luggage allowance. The spiked feet are really helpful for shooting out of doors on soft ground. My video camera is light enough so that I don't need to use a sandbag with the tripod but I love that is has the hook in case extra stability is needed. The legs extend very easily and smoothly compared to my Induro tripod. The monopod feature is great as I am also a photographer.

I am a photographer who primarily shoots film so I was ambivalent to purchase a digital camera, but this camera is absolutely stunning. I was drawn by the hidden screen because it feels more like the cameras I’m used to and I love operating the camera this way. The menus are very nicely customizable, and overall learning how to best use this camera has been made easy by it’s creators. The OVF focusing isn’t my favorite but the EVF makes up for it. I would definitely recommend this camera to those who love the analog feel.
