My last camera was for my college photo class...a 1986 Pentax K1000, film! After that, all I used was basic point n' shoot or phone cameras. This is a big learning curve for me, but so far, it's pretty intuitive! I need to do a little more studying and playing for sure. It's lightweight, the screen is a great size! I really think this was the perfect choice for a novice like me! Plus, I love that it looks a bit like my vintage Pentax :-)

Remember back in film days, when you would see a photo that you just knew was made on a medium format camera because it had 'that look'? This is better. Probably the single best feature on the camera (aside from the insane pixel density) is the small 'joystick' that your thumb will find with great ease used to steer the focus area around with very little effort. This is worth the price of admission right there. Outstanding camera!

With film for Polaroid hard to get your hands on, this camera is a great alternative for the more-unique-photo lovers. Holga is so light-weight and looks so simple but can create far more amazing photos than digital formats. Plus, not knowing what will come out is part of the fun. All around great purchase!

I was considering getting a printer from Instax's lineup of printers and eventually decided on this one because of the great value of the printer at the time I purchased it. I already have Instax Mini 9 camera and the old version of that printer (SP-1). This one is wide and I prefer taking landscape photos.I will say I do think the printer takes a considerable amount of time printing one photo but on the flip side it gives you an opportunity to cancel the photo if you have second thoughts. This film is NOT cheap so I actually prefer using the printer overall. Yeah, it might take some of the initial fun out of the experience when you're not using a camera but the disappointment of wasting expensive film on a terrible shot feels worse to me. If you miss having physical photos of your every day moments, I think this printer is a great option.

This film is really great when I used it with my canon ae-1 camera! For my photo class we were assigned to use this film and capture night life..I went out on the streets and shot away! Even with super low light the pictures came out clear with detail!

I use this camera to teach photo classes, for high school students and adults. Because of the low cost, each may have their own camera and due to its simplicity they pick up the old technology right away. It works very well as a camera, and is sturdy enough for a 14-year-old. Very good price. They also wear well. Very economical way to do medium format photography. Just wish we didn't have to tape it to insure the back wouldn't fall open (as it once in awhile does, due to the nature of the sliding mechanism for closing it). I have also noticed recently that the foam padding in the film reel enclosures tends to detach. The closure problem can be avoided by taping the camera closed each time film is loaded. Losing the foam rubber is a new problem; I don't know the longterm results.

I am absolutely floored by this camera! Went from a AE-1 ( film ), to a rebel G ( film ), to a rebel xti, to a rebel T7, and now this. My first pro level camera, and it is MILES away from those other cameras! Like others mentioned, it is a LOT heavier than an std camera, and feels like it'll last the rest of my lifetime. I also cannot thank B & H Photo Video enough for the super fast delivery & the HUGE price drop!! I always check B & H Photo Video 1st, and like always, they came through with the deal of the century!!! Get one while they last!! My only regret - I couldn't afford two of these!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Polaroid go camera film is adorable. They are so tiny . They are easy to use with the camera. Simple instalation. You just open the film then insert into the camera . At first the black cover will come out as soon as the camera is closed then its ready to go. You take the photo and either put it Inna dark place or flip it over till it develops. They are heavy duty like the old photo film but just mini sized. These are so much fun to work with. And you can write at the bottom of the photo or even put little stickers . The develope pretty fast.i love how easy they are to use. Highly recommend for all ages. Very good quality.

It's a fun camera to use paired with the film, take a photo and watch the magic happen in the form of a film that develops right before your eyes.
