The Pearstone USB C to DisplayPort 4k Cable (15') is a super long well made cable. I primarily use this cable to run a preview monitor from my MacBook pro to a client or other crew member. It keeps extra people out of the main area where I am working and it does a great job of this since it's so long. There isn't a ton to say about a cable but this is built well, supports 4k, and is super long so I'm happy. (I received this item in exchange for my honest review)

It's always better to have single cable, than to use an adapter and a cable. This one does the job of connecting a DisplayPort to HDMI device.

Since modern cameras no longer use simple, cheap cable releases, this is the best substitute, and cost is about the same as old-fashioned cable release. Can be used for mirror-up vibration-free photos with D7000 camera. Unfortunately, this remote control is tiny, black and easy to lose (as were cable releases). I've lost mine twice when it fell out of my shirt pocket. The second time I couldn't find it, so ordered this one. Perhaps a red or orange cover would make it easier to find. B&H sent it promptly, and postpaid, too.

I already had a few CFast card readers. All cheap plastic junk that I often find floating in mid-air because they weigh less than the force exerted by their given cable. Have always tried to find a quality unit and never could. This one fits the bill. Very fast. Nice design. A few quibbles if the designers read these things: Some little rubber feet would be a nice touch. I can get these on my own, but... A cap or cover for the slot would be nice for travel. The connector down the shoot is a bit peculiar. Obviously the reader circuit is much smaller than the box, so I get why you did it that way. But I fear if I ever lose the cable, another cable might not fit. That stuff aside, a very nice unit and far better than the others.

It is what it is. It's a Thunderbolt Cable, which is a hardware interface that combines PCI Express and DisplayPort into one signal.

I have been searching for years to find a DisplayPort to HDMI converter that will work with my old 27 iMac (Late 2009). Every other active adapter I tried would only display a max resolution of 1080p and no higher. And for some reason other adapters would register the display as a TV rather than a monitor. But this active adapter actually works! It mirrors the iMac display at 1440p as well as many other options. Of course I had to use a miniDP to DP adaptor, but that's beside the point. Finally! A solution!

We were seeking to use a VR system with DisplayPort on a laptop that only had thunderbolt connections. This was one of the only adapters I could find that would support 90 Hz refresh rates. It works exactly as advertised.!

My new computer has one HDMI and one DisplayPort output and I have two monitors I want to use. This DisplayPort cable lets me use the second monitor now. The 3' length is more than enough without having extra coiled up. My screen is 2056x1080. Since this cable is 4K rated, it works great for my extra wide but not 4K large screen.

I don't know what the haters have been smoking, but obviously they haven't educated themselves... I've been using the DisplayPort 1.2 setting in the monitor menu and using a DisplayPort 1.2+ capable cable since 2018 with no issues running the monitor at 4k at 60hz since 2018. I think the haters haven't even opened their settings menus to confirm if they're using the highest version of DisplayPort on their monitor lol. It takes 15 seconds to navigate to the menu, if it's not working then switch your DP cable because you're probably rocking a 1.1 or less version that's been sitting in your closet for too long. This is one of the best value 4k monitors besides using a small 4k value tv. It has impressive color range and accuracy with 10 bit color vs the usual 8 bit you'll see even modern tvs still using, and if you haven't made the switch to 4k or even 1440p yet and wonder if the difference is worth it, trust me I have a fine pair of glasses on and the difference in clarity is night and day resolution wise for reading text like this and detail for movie viewing is quite nice and the viewing angles are amazing for value LED, the next step up from here is getting a higher refresh rate 4k oled for me eventually.
