The connection was part of a connector that revived an older firewire audio interface! 5 |

I have purchased several of these cases as I've upgraded internal drives in laptops. Purchased this case at the same time as Crucial M550 1 TB SSD from B&H. Case is excellent, and easy to install drives. Case is bus powered, either with Firewire or USB. Excellent quality product, comes with USB and Firewire cables as well as soft case. Nice compact design. While there are less expensive cases that are USB only, it was worth it to me to pay more to use Firewire since I cloned the internal HD to the SSD before swapping the drives and Firewire makes it faster. Having a good quality external case for my old HD allows me to maintain this as an external bootable drive just in case. 5 |

Got this box for a LaCie rugged drive. It fits the drive and three cables (firewire, USB and USB power) perfectly. I feel the next size up would be to big for just a hard drive and cables. 5 |

I've used it at my home studio and house of worship, and so far it's been great. Both the USB and Firewire work well, and the sound is very clear. It works great out of an interface out of the box, but there's a lot more to it beyond that, and I'm still learning all that. 5 |

I bought 2, and both are excellent. The only draw back is the lack of USB-C connector. 5 |

This 1TB Gold Anniversary Edition is another great hard drive from Western Digital. There are only two things that I do not particularly like about this drive.1.There are no rubber feet on the underside of the unit2.The USB cable is thicker and stiffer than the earlier modelsThese two combine to cause the drive to sometimes slide around when it's sitting on a smooth surface particularly when the USB cable is plugged into my MacBook Pro.Apart from those two minor complaints I really like this drive.1.This unit has so far performed flawlessly. 2.Compatible with both PC and Mac 3.USB 3.0/2.04.It's extremely fast and quiet5.Huge capacity6.Great price 7.Stays cool8.It looks awesome, has great form factor9.Contrary to what another reviewer has stated, this drive is extremely easy to reformat to the Mac platform, it took me all of 2 minutes10.Oh Yes, and there's Free Expedited Shipping, gotta love FES 5 |

I love that it has both xlr and usb. My only complaint is that it doesn't use a USB C type connector. The micro USB is flimsy and the cable it comes with is cheap. I had to purchase a higher quality cable. 5 |

I have another review that I wrote about this mic, but B&H's website doesn't appear to let me update that review. I've now been using this mic almost daily for over a year. The audio is crisp and clear, background noise is kept to a minimum, and people on the other end of the meeting/phone call give compliments on the detail that this mic captures. I used to use a condenser mic, but that also had the annoying feature of picking up a lot of 60Hz hum. This mic doesn't do that and I didn't have to make any adjustments to the room either. For the person who mentioned they couldn't fit it in a shockmount, it has one internally. That is why the mic is the size that it is. For those complaining about the USB port, mine hasn't had any issues. I accidentally bent the micro usb connector on the cheap cable they shipped with it and the mic survived just fine. The cable, on the other hand, was useless after that. I solved this problem by finding a 90 degree USB adapter so that the connector isn't pointing straight out the back of the mic. It now sits mostly flush and swiveling the mic is more likely to cause the adapter to disconnect at the other end. If your laptop, like mine, is usb-c only, don't try to buy long usb-c to usb-c cables. They are crazy expensive. Instead, try to buy a usb-c to mini or micro usb-b cable. They are much cheaper. My setup is usb-c to micro usb (10 feet), then an adapter from micro-usb to usb-c (1 inch), and then finally a short usb-c to 90 degree micro-usb adapter (6 inches). 5 |

Very well done. The USB connector retracts easily. Looks like it's going to last long. 5 |
