Can I just say Wow! First of all the build quality is exceptional. They are built like a tank. I dropped mine off my studio table onto the hard floor, (probably the first of many drops), and not so much as a scratch. The power will surprise you. I use these in my studio frequently to light up macro and table top shots. Sometimes it's the main light, sometimes is the auxiliary light. The colors are better than more more expensive RGB floor LED lamps. I just can't say enough good about these lights. I would think if you want to use it on camera as a video light, with it's easy on and off switch, you'll be very pleased. Because of these lights I won't hesitate to purchase another GVM lighting product.

I bought this tripod to use with my V-LUX4 and I'm very happy with it. The construction is rugged and I'm confident that it will not fail and damage my camera. The 3-way panhead is intuitive to use and locks firmly into any position. Panning is smooth. The legs lock at a wide variety of angles including one that places the panhead very close to the floor. The center column is two-piece and can be shortened to further reduce the distance between the camera to the floor.

Solid metal construction. Even compared to the Sennheiser, the noise floor and sensitivity were better than I expected, so I purchased a second one for church. The foam windscreen is garbage, but with studio work this is not needed (and I have a couple 'blimps' in my wishlist for outdoor work).

The title pretty much says it all. I'm very pleased with the construction quality, the floor and other surfaces rattle less, and installing them literally took less time than disconnecting my subwoofer. I was pleased to see that they included several sizes of installation screws rather than just those for SVS subs since these are marketed as being useful for all subwoofers. It's a good touch that helps justify the price of these feet.
