First Vcr Player

What can I say...First class design and sound... as a guitar player for 30yrs plus I've trusted the Marshall brand for professional audio. I was amazed how many people asked where I got them from and are they for musicians only which I laughed and said anyone can but them!

Put vcr into input and send Keeping Up With The Kardashians to 8 different tv's. Can life get any better?

really pleased...had a little trouble getting the feet on but records beautifully with our VCR...we're going to hook Amazon Prime...waiting for our son who knows how this is done...would definitely recommend the Samsung TV

This is the third Composite-to-4K HDMI Converter I have tried with my Sony SLV-779HF VCR, and this one works Great! The others failed

I have stacks of VHS videos from the mid-1980s and I wanted to digitize them before the tapes degraded and couldn't be played. I took several to a local shop to have transferred ro DVD and it cost a lot of money -- about $80.00 for two DVDs. The shop owner said that it cost so much because the project tied up his expensive machine and he had to keep on eye them. I researched how to do the transfer myself and I saw good reviews on the Elgato System and hoped It would work for me. I am not a techno geek but can learn new applications (66 year old). I ordered the product and when I got the directions, it looked too easy. I called Elgato to be sureI understood that I simply had to connect my VCR to my computer (MacBook Pro) directly; it did not need to be connected to the TV at all. I downloaded the software and the screen directions are very clear. FYI. The video streaming from the VHS player shows up on the computer screen and can be cropped if necessary. At the end, I open iMovie and then burn DVDs with iDVD. Eventually, I will save to an external drive. I am very pleased with this product and the quality is excellent. I did find that I had the clean the heads on the VCR if the tapes seemed messy. I found several helpful You Tube clips on how to take off the cover of a VCR and clean the heads with alcohol and q-tips.

Once again, I'm more than pleased with my B&H experience. John was incredibly helpful in figuring out what I needed to do to connect my VCR to my home theater system. This converter was easy to install, and it works perfectly. I am so thrilled to be able to watch my videos!

I was surprised at the high quality of the picture, as this cable is only composite out (the VCR has no S-video output). Very happy with purchase and with the salesperson who pre-qualified this product to work with my Handycam! High quality product.

I use the product to record television programs. The discs take up less space than VCR's. It takes to much trouble to find locations on a disc compared to a VCR.

It was easy to hook up to TV and VCR. Also have my MP3 hooked in plus of course the Bluetooth. Music sounds great!
