Use for studio and live. Great tracking

These are great Studio Monitors and can be used for entertainment purposes too. I have used them during tracking sessions in the studio, they are comfortable and sound just as good or better than other headphones in this price range. And the replaceable cables make it a really sweet deal.

I bought two of these to use use as a JBOD pair with one backing up the other using Data Backup software. I own two 4TB Glyph Studio and they have worked well for me for two years and counting. These two 6TB disks bring my total to four. They are whisper quiet with a well-implemented smart fan. With the auto power enabled they sleep and wake from sleep as needed. I like that the power supply is enclosed in the sturdy aluminum case and I have just the one standard power cord to worry about. I like that they have a power on/off switch. And I like that the two 6TB I just bought come with Toshiba MD04ACA with 1,400,000 MTBF quality hard drives. You can get cheaper drives that are noisier and will fail sooner, but why would you want to? They are overall solid, professional and in my experience completely reliable. I have owned dual RAID drives and, in addition to inevitable drive failures over the years, have had faulty electronics for the connection (USB, Firewire) take out BOTH internal hard drives. I prefer that each drive I own has its own USB/Firewire/esata/Thunderbolt (whatever you use) connection electronics, so if one fails it won't take out another drive paired with it. I highly recommend these Glyph Studio drives.

I already had one of these at bedside (I use it when I can't sleep), and I got this for my kitchen. I listen to radio a bit more than I watch TV. It's perfect for me--sound-wise and size-wise! There's something better about dialing in the station.

For relaxing and for my kids to help them sleep.

Great and sleep product!

These are great headphones for studio tracking - they're detailed enough that you can quickly hear problems/nuances in playing. Sound isn't exactly flat, but isn't so hyped that it causes problems while listening. Very light and comfortable for long periods of use, although they can get a little warm around the ears. Nice long cable too. For the price, these are about as good as you can get.

We have installed this in our project studio between the control room and our tracking room. 8 XLR mic inputs into the control room on USA made high quality 24ga mic cables, and 4 TRS stereo headphone returns to the tracking room. What a great solution and at a great B&H price. ProCo is quality stuff, Very Pleased!

Have several sets of these for tracking in studio. They always work, are supplied with a second long straight cable and never had any complaints about sound or comfort.

I utilize the MDR-7506's in my project studio for tracking purposes. Vocal tracking more than anything is what these mainly get used for in my studio. Overall, I would say they are a great product. At first, I was worried that these might be hyped and not deliver to the level expected, but I was wrong. These definitely provide the clarity and noise-isolation that I was looking to provide for people in my studio.
