The image quality is great and I like the wide-angle feature. Works fine on Windows 10. No software or drivers have to be installed. The only disappointment is that it is not as smart as a smartphone in handling backlighting. If you have a window behind you, a light is essential. 5 |

I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work? 5 |
