My Nikon SLR was mounted on a fixed-head tripod, and adjusting up and down, left and right took extra steps, of course. But the micro fluid head eliminated those steps when timing was crucial. I'm talking about split seconds. It works for me now. 5 |

Upgrading from a 2020 MacBook Pro it saves me a lot of steps. My studio is attached to the garage and the Mac Studio desktop I use for processing is on the second floor of the house. Running back and forth for reshoots was wearing on my bones. Now I can process the focus stacks on the spot and reshoot as need. 5 |

My last zoom lens was a DT 18-250 mm standard zoom, and when fully extended would have some light flare and poor resolution. I have found this FE 24-240 full frame lens to have better clarity at full extension making for better enlargements. It weigh-in 7 oz more and worth the weight. 5 |
