I use it in the field with a remote flash. It significantly increases the time between battery changes, and reduces the recovery time.

We badly needed a flash for our 20D and ordered this flash along with a diffuser and rechargeable batteries. It's recovery time was great and it has improved our photos 100%. It does not click into the hot shoe and have a release button, instead it's a wheel that you spin to tighten it, which is not what I'm used to for flashes.

I have a Fuji T2. I use these cards to maintain the fastest recovery time at an affordable price. There maybe faster "rated" cards around, but Sandisk cards have always been reliable, at least for me.

So far the camera has met my expectations. Trigger and recovery speed are fast, night time pictures seem better than my other "no glow" cameras. Current setup is located on the top of a wooded ridge line, so i'm not sure on night time range. For the price I think it is hard to beat. Only thing left to convince me about this camera is longevity. Bushnell, I would recommend allowing future reviews to post pictures because some of mine so far are amazing quality. Hope this helps someone.
