Fitness Tracker With Continuous Heart Rate Monitor

This watch has some many useful function including calling for help if you fall, heart rate monitor and other health app. I feel like Dick Tracy when I speak into my watch using the intercom or answering a phone call.

Although the most expensive of the fitness tracker watches, it worth it for serious trackers. Highly recommend.

Great that he can monitor his heart for afib and take an EKG whenever he wants.

This is the third Apple watch I've owned. It seems that this watch works a little faster than the others. I use it as much for health issues. The Heart Rate monitor picks up the same as my belt. This is an improvement over the past watches. The Blood O2 is good, particularly now with Covid as lung function is an indication of the virus. All in all it's a worthwhile purchase.

This watch is absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We aren't sports fanatics but need to keep track of heart rate. We walk, ride bicycle, and treadmill. This watch tracks it all. Best of all, we only have to charge once every 3-4 weeks. Just wish I could get another one in the white rock color.

And/or a complete writing/reading test of the card should be performed using specialized software, e.g. H2testw. This will ensure full capacity available and relocation of bad sectors by the electronics of the memory card. This will ensure that during normal operation data get not lost and to prevent hang-ups of the card during writing. Unfortunately this conditioning of cards is often not more well done during production of cards. As someone trying to convert to lighter gear as I get older, I've found the m4/3rds format to be a good compromise. However, until the G7, none of my M43 gear gave a decent keeper rate for continuous AF of sports. Admittedly, I don't have a G4, but I do have an Oly E-P5 and E-M5 Mark ii. Great cameras, but they don't come close to the continuous AF keeper rate of the G7, and that is with the Pany 14-140 on the Pany compared to even my Oly 12-40 f/2.8. Needless to say that I'm thrilled with the G7. The ergonomics are great as well. The grip is better than the rangefinder body styled M43 cameras, and the programmable function buttons make it easy to set this camera up however you want it. This is one of the best buys in M43 cameras right now.

I love this monitor. It was easy to set up and the instructions were prefect. I'd buy another one in a heart beat!
