It's hard to review a hard drive when you just got it, but I do have to say that I had a full drive scan done on both HDDs that I got and neither had any bad sectors out of the box so that's good news. Furthermore, they aren't very loud which is something that you have to think about with these faster rpm drives. 5 |

We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly. 5 |

Delivered as promised in retail boxes. Formatted in Synology DS220+ with no bad sectors, quiet (you can hear it during wake up though), reasonably fast. Can't comment on longevity/reliability yet. 5 |

I use it for Backup can not tell the difference between CMR or SMR.Check for bad sectors . No bad sectors Did a speed test was in normal range;so put into service. No noise can not notice it at all. For backup service i have eight WD Blues, never had to replace one on warranity and the price is good. 5 |

I have never had a problem with SanDisk products. They do not have bad sectors and last long past the end of the warranty. The case is strong and retracts easily; It never retracts while inserting it in a port. 5 |
