Fix Mouse Touchpad Buttons On Samsung Laptop

I've had a laptop for years and recently started having issues with some of my fingers getting stiff from using the laptop's touchpad so much. I'm a photographer and I spend a lot of time clicking around so I decided to try using a mouse to see if that would help and it has! This mouse is functional and I love the design on it as well. 5 |

As a long-time laptop user, I initially purchased Apple's Magic Trackpad 2 for my new computer. It didn't live up to my expectations, so I ended up getting a mouse instead—deciding on this vertical one. It took a day or two for me to adjust to its design, but it really is comfortable. I was able to map the additional buttons using the Logi app, so when I hold down one of the side buttons, I can swipe between full-screen apps, and the other button allows me to scroll up and down fluidly. Pros: super comfortable design, mappable buttons, price Cons: device switcher is on the bottom of the mouse, scroll wheel is not fluid 5 |

A little heavy but seems like will be good protection and convenient with the keyboard. Just need to get a mouse since there's no touchpad on it 5 |

This tablet makes my photo retouching and editing so easy and fun. It is a lot more accurate than using a mouse or touchpad on a laptop. There is a learning curve when you first start using it but the same thing can be said for any new product that is purchased. Once you get used to using the Intuos Photo, you won't go back to any other editing method. 5 |

Long story short I purchased this reason being my ideapad 110 touchpad wasnt functioning properly. Researched alot and found it easier to purchase a USB mouse thinking it wouldnt work either (as all the previous methods hadn't worked) I was wrong. This is a great alternative if your touchpad isnt functioning properly or searching for an affordable USB mouse. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very helpful tool for someone used to moving a mouse around versus a touchpad. Works exactly as advertised. 5 |

I use it across my living room and sometimes into my kitchen. No sweat. The touchpad drivers are not great though. You can use all the normal gestures you've come to be familiar with, but they're choppy and clunky in practice. Not a great browsing experience for guests! I bet someone has a workaround I'm not aware of or keen to go through. I'm fine with it. I just pair mine with a wireless mouse when I'm doing more serious gaming or work on my living room PC. For standard media use, it's fantastic especially at this price. I even use it for gaming in the living room just sat on my lap (with a secondary mouse of course). Battery life is great and it's been going strong for a long time. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. 5 |

I had given up on using a mouse because pain in my right hand. I switched to a tablet on desktop and the huge touchpad on the new Apple laptops. But when I started experiencing RSI from using the touchpad, I was forced to look for alternative solutions. This mouse solved my issues. The buttons don't require too much force, the hand position is completely natural and I no longer experience pain. Highly recommended - the first mouse I am truly happy with. Works great on MacOS / M1 with the customize-able Logi software. 5 |

In a touch screen digital world, switching from Logitech MX Master mouse to Kensington Expert felt like going Back to the Future. I gave myself 7 days to work only on Kensington Expert Mouse. The tactile feedback of a large ball turned out to be extremely satisfying experience. The feature I've used the most on MX Mater, and I thought I would not have on Expert Mouse was a thumb-wheel function, which was setup to switch between the 3 virtual desktop screens I have on my Mac. Quickly I've discovered that the top buttons on the Expert Mouse are perfect replacement for my MX master thumb-wheel. I've also programmed top buttons to run Expose when pressed simultaneously - the feature I used on MX Mater with a thumb button. Now the biggest issue was a middle mouse click.. but it turned out to be as simple as programming two bottom buttons acting as the one, when pressed both at the same time. The big bonus is that if one needs to use buttons to perform different actions, one can do so. Kensington software allows per application button customization. I would consider all mentioned above as pros for this product.. now few if any cons - the scroll ring needs a redesign. At first I thought that I may have a faulty item, but watching couple of videos on the internet, I've found out that that gritty feeling is due to the ring design implementation. It's true.. the grittiness fades with use, but it's still far cry from a silk-smooth operation of MX Master scroll wheels. Minor cons is a somewhat high profile of the Expert Mouse. I have a large hand, so this is no issue for me at all. I'm looking forward to get the Kensington SlimBlade, which in my mind would eliminate high profile and gritty scroll ring. Overall.. if your desk keyboard/mouse space is limited, or you want to discover what you were missing all these years, using regular mouse - trackballs are way to go. Especially if you have a full size keyboard. Excellent product - highly recommended. 5 |
