Hooled it up to windows vista computer and it picked it up right away to work with windows media center just like I wanted it to. 5 |

I'm using it to backup data files. I plugged it into a USB 2.0 port on my Windows Vista computer, and the computer recognized it immediately. It's fast and quiet. No complaints at all. Didn't use, need, or want the WD software. The price was definitely right. 5 |

I had two laptops that were no more than three years old and after the upgrade to Microsoft windows 11 they just seem to slow down. The simple fix was to put two of these drives in the two computers and then clean load Microsoft windows 11 - 64 bit The difference was unbelievable it was almost like a totally different computer and also with a new operating system. These are such a wonderful set of drives and do just fine performance and affordability 5 |

I like the idea of being able to update firmware and make changes to a lens. The software for the USB Dock requires a computer with Windows 7 and newer although I have the previous version, Windows Vista. The download went fine and the software seems to work with Vista. The firmware of my 18-300mm lens was up to date. I played around with the focus settings but have not made any final settings. Very easy to go back to the default settings. I plan to buy other Sigma lenses that this will work with. 5 |

This mouse is awesome. I use it on six other computers, but I can't use it on my new machine. It does not work with Windows 7. I heard it doesn't work with Vista but I don't own Vista so I don't care. I love Windows 7 and I love this mouse. I just wish they worked together. I'm really dissapointed. 5 |

Likes: - Works with Windows Vista, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 Home (no need to manually install the driver for Windows 10 - just plug and play) - Reliable connection with my 2.4GHz Access Point - LED activity status - Tight fit cap Dislikes: - Slippery plastic case 5 |

I posted a review not recommending this for Windows Vista. And after I vented, I did find on the download tab drivers for Windows Vista. Canon should update their other links for this printer. 5 |

Have used this photo printer for a year with my xp computer and loved the ease and preformance but now had to buy Vista and waiting for Windows 7 so very glad to find how simple Canon has tried to make it for us to make the two compatible- 5 |

I have been waiting for this lens for two years. I always wanted more zoom range than the kit lens has and I wanted a variable power zoom for video. This lens let you zoom the normal way, by twisting the lens or you can zoom using the switch. With a little practice you can get very slow (dramatic) zooms. I mean really slow. Very cool. You can also zoom quickly when you need to. It does take a little practice to get the results you want. The lens is pretty big but it isn't too heavy. The colors are nice, contrast is good, and the pics are reasonably sharp. They need very little processing in Lightroom. Thankfully, LR5 can fix any distortion you run into so that is not a problem as long as you shoot raw. The 18-105 focal length is perfect for a walk around lens. I wish it had a closer focusing distance but with 24 megapixels I can always crop a little and still get a file big enough for large prints. I will continue to test it and update my review as I use the lens more. I just wanted to jump in here so Nex7 users don't get scared away by all the negative reviews of people trying to use this on their video cameras. I hope they get a firmware update to fix their problem. I will rarely have to remove this from my Nex7. The only time I see myself taking it off the Nex7 is when I want to shoot macro. Thank you Sony for making a very useful lens that is reasonably priced. It was worth the wait. I am very happy with my purchase. 5 |
