Works really well with FL studio, I can stop play rewind fast forward etc using this keyboard. The keys feel amazing. I can't complain.

This keyboard is really nice. I haven't owned any other midi controllers so this review will be strictly from a newbie perspective. But I've owned plenty of musical equipment over the past 22 years. This keyboard has a great build/quality for the cost. I especially enjoy the rubbery buttons and the color/finish. The plastic keys are pretty standard like most keys. But what really stands this keyboard out is how it works seamlessly with FL Studio; literally all you have to do is plug it in with the provided usb cord and it syncs automatically. I will disclaim that I haven't tried it with third party software in the DAW though. But with FL every function works. And I haven't run into any problems with it. I don't have a bad thing to say about it and I'm glad I purchased it. I will absolutely recommend this keyboard if you have FL Studio. I haven't tried any other controllers so take that as you want. Thanks for reading.

I do a lot of home studio recording and live performance as a keyboard player, and I needed a good, hands-on mono synth. I tried going the VST and midi controller route, but it fell short. The Bass Station II is well built, especially the keyboard. The keys are full length piano keys and the key bed is solid. The aftertouch is awesome, and the special key functions and controls layout is easy to navigate. I really love the sequencer functions as well. The documentation has some annoying typos, at least the english version does, but descriptions are well-written. There are some really good demos/tutorials on YouTube as well.

I use my Blue Yeti mic for podcasting and for voiceovers of online tutorials. So far, I have been very impressed with the Yeti's capabilities. I'm an audiophile so I'm pretty critical when it comes to recording, especially the human voice. For me, the Yeti shines when used in Cardioid mode. The vocal timbres are just right and require little post-processing, if any, as long as you have a decent recording environment. What's amazing is that you can literally plug the Yeti into any open USP port and start recording straight away. No downloads, no drivers, no setup. Using the open source Audacity program, recording is literally a matter of doing a few mouse clicks. This is a heavy mic which has its pros and cons. If you're recording on a desktop, you'll appreciate the solidity of the construction. It's a very sensitive mic and you need a solid base to dampen any vibrations. At 3 lb, it's not the most portable mic though. Overall, this mic gives excellent value for your money.

Tried out and returned a couple of low-end USB mics (Bl*e) for recording voice tutorials/live instructional videos in a room. The Rode VideoMic GO II was a clear improvement, rejecting more room noise/low frequencies than the cardioid settings on the other mics.
