Flashing Red Light From Tower Means

Bright white light is very bright. Red/red-flashing light is cool -- not sure if I'll ever use it. Good fit and balance (with batteries in back). Lightweight and comfortable. Looks suitably geeky. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a very nice headlamp, without two levels of white light, a red light and a flashing red light.  Having the battery pack on the back makes it much easier to balance and the straps are adjustable over a wide range.

My APC UPS sounded off every few hours with beeps and a flashing red light to let me know it was time to replace the battery. I ordered online and the battery arrived sooner than expected. I installed it and it's been working fine since. The part I especially like, I didn't have to shut everything off to install.

I keep the Poly-Steel 700 in my truck because of the fact it has the red flashing light on it. If I would have trouble I can just turn it on and stick it to the truck since it also has a magnet. It has the zoom on the front end and all the lights are bright. I have several Coast lights and all of them are high quality and well designed. I will always be a Coast customer. The warranty and customer service is second to none.

I bought this so I could be in more pictures with my kids! Totally beats running back and forth from the tripod to race the flashing red light!

Brighter than I expected on high white mode. We must cycle through all 5 modes, but white has 3, than red (flashing red is included). I hand hold it to cross the street so people can see me and I don't hit the curb. Also helps to avoid puddles in the street and toys in the driveway! AA convenience is King!!

Nice heavy flashlight with some nice features, the magnet on the end, the side lights, the red flashing lights. I keep one in my car and one by my desk!

Just enough red light to see.

This is my first Art series lens from Sigma. Always known for their affordability, it means it also came at a price vs the red stripe. The Art series certainly steps up Sigma's game to meet professional expectations at still, affordable pricing. Right off the bat, this is a solid lens in build quality, durability (I've knocked it around a few times already), and materials. No more lightweight plastic/rubber feel. Sharpness is there through most of the frame wide open and even better on up. You will pay way more for the slight bit extra sharpness from the big L. Same could be said about the focus speed and accuracy. I'm interested in trying the dock to give it a quick calibration but so far, I'm very satisfied. I'll use this as my walk around lens and though it's a bit on the heavier side, it's very easy to handle.
