Flashing Tiki Lights

flashing lights indicate charge level roughly.

Does its job. I like how the flashing of the lights lets you know where you are in the charge cycle.

Works great. The flashing lights are an easy way to see how the charge is progressing.

I purchased both the TIKI and TIKI LE flashlights and these things are amazing. The power these tiny lights have is very impressive. You have flexible outputs and even the side body led lights if you want to stand it up on a flat surface. The UV light is not very bright but regular white light is bright. Flashing modes available also if required to draw attention. I have purchased on eBay a Nitecore USB cable that is stiff and bendable. What this means is in the car I can have a hands free bendable light in any direction without disturbing night vision. It also runs off the USB and not internal battery and charges when light is off. This setup also works great on USB external power packs if in camping type environment as light can be pointed anywhere and left to run for very long periods of time using external power. My phone uses micro USB (not an Apple) so it is convenient since cables are always around to recharge. For a tiny key-chain type light, the features and brightness make this a five star rating. Out of the two I like the clear TIKI with stainless steel because the side white body light is perfect as a stand-up area light source on flat surface. I don't see as much use for a red and blue body light. Red light might be good in car at night but that's about it for me.

Router is simple and faster than my previous D-link at 150mbps.I like that I don't have to see all the flashing lights.

I keep the Poly-Steel 700 in my truck because of the fact it has the red flashing light on it. If I would have trouble I can just turn it on and stick it to the truck since it also has a magnet. It has the zoom on the front end and all the lights are bright. I have several Coast lights and all of them are high quality and well designed. I will always be a Coast customer. The warranty and customer service is second to none.

Works as advertised! Portable, flashing lights with a high squeal! Just pull out the pin if one has to do small piece of mind! Better to have it than not! Safety with it!

Nice heavy flashlight with some nice features, the magnet on the end, the side lights, the red flashing lights. I keep one in my car and one by my desk!

I own or have owned every light known to man. (ok, slight exaggeration). I currently have the Gemini Soft, Gemini Hard. and Kino Freestyle LEDs of a variety of sizes. Never mind Apurtures and Nanlites plus a few of them lightweight flexible led panels. But when I need a fast and simple setup, I always got back to these Astra Softs. And when I look at the image, I wonder why I went and bought all those other expensive fixtures. Just today I shot a multicamera interview for ABC's new show Impact with the U.S Attorney investigating the Matthew Perry case and because going thru security was so complicated and time was of essence, I chose to bring these lights instead. I loved the picture to much I wondered to myself why I keep buying these way more expensive fancy lights. And the beauty of these is that I can fly them with a micro 150 battery and because I rarely have to turn them up all the way, they will last the length of some of these long interviews no problem. I did notice on this thread some folks complaining about these lights failing them, and have heard similar complaints from other Astras too. I have never had any issues with these or my other Astras, but that's likely because I read the instructions that clearly state you should dim the lights all the way down before you turn them on, wait until the flashing green light stops flashing, and then dim up at your heart's desire. And always before I turn them off, I dim them down all the way, as not to forget. That might be the secret. I see people using them wrong all over the place.

but it is unsettling to have the upstream light flashing
