Fly Me To The Moon Big Band Instrumental

I just used this to fly to a one-man-band video shoot. It contained an led panel, stand, radio mic kit and cam-mounted hypercardioid, cables, two lenses, and small accessories. Perfect. (Camera body and batteries carried on board) Fits in car trunk. Fits in overhead rack on Amtrak. This is an ideal size for a small field shooting situation.

We use these weekly for a church band. Not a big difference between these and my mogami gold cables.

I've had dozens of camera bags over the last 50 years: big ones, little ones; zipper top, flap and buckle top, leather and canvas, deep ones, shallow ones, messenger and shoulder bags, waist bags. You get the idea. As I'm aging, I'm finding that I can't carry the heavy stuff anymore. But the small bags that are available now are just too small for my needs: a D7200 and one other lens, and maybe a small accessory. Enter the SpeedTop 15. This bag is the just-right bag FOR ME. The magnetic top is fast-access and secure; just brilliant! The bag is not too big, but big enough for me and my stuff. It's deep enough that I can lay my camera strap on top of everything (which has always been a problem for me). The top opens away from you which keeps prying eyes away. The strap is long enough that I can carry it cross body and swing it around to hang it behind me on my hip, out of the way. Keep in mind this bag is almost perfect FOR ME. It may be for others too. Well done, Think Tank.

Finally got this big boy out after sitting in the room for two weeks, been cloudy and rainy for so long. Was fading to dark about 5:00pm when I got home and the sky was clear and the three quarter moon was bright. Haven't had a chance to align scope yet so used hand controller to look at moon. First views were very impressive, haven't seen the moon thru a telescope for about forty years. The clarity of this scope seems pretty impressive. Forgot how fast the moon and starts move out of view. Tried my new cell phone adapter as well that night and those pictures aren't bad for the first time, will be trying my camera next. You certainly will need a very still platform and no movement when looking thru these scopes. I ordered a cover for this to use when viewing, it was in the low forties and the tube was getting very cold. Looking at possibly ordering the pads to put the feet on to help with vibrations. So far scope seems very nice and well built, can't wait for warmer and clearer nights to come. -Bill-

Very well built and the views are sharp and very contrasty. Very little CA when viewing the moon which is a big plus. Overall, these are a keeper.
