I tried 3 different subs over the last year to blend with my Focal Shape 50s. I didn't want to buy the Sub6, as it would't quite be a good fit for my space, so I tried other brands. None of them blended well and I ended up returning them. It took a little while to find the optimal phase adjustment, which I did by using a spectrum analyzer with a very slow response. The crossover ended up being 60Hz, which gives me a very smooth extension down to about 35Hz or so, allowing me to hear the sub frequencies and lowest notes of kick, bass and other instruments. They blend very well with the Shape 50s. It is worth mentioning that bass trapping is highly recommended, particularly when using a SUB. I also have Sonarworks to compensate for some residual room modes. 5 |

I already was using some of these for monitors in my studio, but I find them really useful for miscellaneous use such as a table for a laptop. 5 |

I just purchased a pair of these for my son who started producing EDM over the past couple years. I've owned Events, JBL's and have also used a number of other studio monitors (Yamaha, KRK, Mackie). Currently I own Focal CMS65's. These Fluid Audio's hold up very well. I haven't spent a ton of time in front of them, but so far I'm extremely impressed. Side-by-side my Focal's, the high end was virtually indistinguishable. Since the Fluid's have a larger low end driver, they produce noticeably more bass. The bass sounds pretty tight and solid for an 8 driver. The build seems solid... they don't feel cheap and they have plenty of power. If anyone is looking for budget monitors under $700... or even $1000, you owe it to yourself to audition these. I don't think there's much, if anything, that can compete in their price range. Considering the price, quality, and sound, my early rating is 5 stars. Haven't found anything to complain about beyond a lack of frequency tuning... but I haven't found that to be a big deal if you're in a halfway decent/treated room. 5 |

These are great Studio Monitors and can be used for entertainment purposes too. I have used them during tracking sessions in the studio, they are comfortable and sound just as good or better than other headphones in this price range. And the replaceable cables make it a really sweet deal. 5 |

Man, I tell you these little studio monitors are so detailed for such a small speaker. You can definitely put in quick Studio Work with a laptop they are very quiet! The Bluetooth works great and they get pretty loud for NFSM'S!!!! Trust me you won't be disappointed! Just 299.99 is a no freakin brainer!!!! 5 |
