Focusrite Scarlett 2I2 2Nd Gen Home Recording Studio

I started doing vocals with a low-end mic that came along with the Focusrite Scarlett Studio 2nd Gen kit. Then I upgraded my gear to Rode NT1-A mic and subsequently with AKG mic, but was not getting the clear and natural vocals and have to do a lot of plugins/EQs. Finally, I got this Neumann TLM-102 after reading the reviewsand research. This is an excellent mic! Vocals are so smooth and natural. Need no or a very little EQ to get the perfect vocals. Very warm and strong vocals which allowsme to easily play around within the DAW. The recordings are no less than a high-grade professional studio. Noise level is approx nil (super quite) and with a pop-shield it works simply amazing. You won't regret the investment you do with this little master! Lastly, quick delivery by B&H and excellent packing!

Upgraded To The AIR 192|14 from the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (1st Gen)-- Love this new AIR 192|14! I like that it has more inputs and outputs as well as dual headphone outputs, I like the cleaner inputs too--less noise and flatter tone. Definitely recommend.

Used on male vocal recordings with Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 at 3 o'clock, which was dead quiet at that gain setting. I cut the low-end a couple dB and raised the top the same amount, and it was warm, detailed and big. I read the Sound On Sound review by Paul White where he used the same EQ setting and found the R144 compared very favorably side-by-side with his Coles 4038. At 1/16 the price.

Bought this to block phantom power generated from Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 so I can connect a Wireless Go II RX output while the Scarlett 2i2 is providing 48 vDC to a condenser mic connected to the other XLR input.

I just recently purchased this mic. It's the best I've ever had. I do podcasting out of my home and this mic along with a focusrite scarlett has given me studio quality power and sound.

I use the Scarlett 2i2 and 18i8 (both of them are 2nd generation) in the office and you will notice the extra gain that the Motu can provide more gain to dynamic mics. I really love the screen, come in handy while recording.

I am using these with the Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen with TRS cables and my guitar sound is great. They do have the nearly inaudible noise when turned on with no signal, but with any signal at all the noise is gone. I highly recommentd these speakers.

This audio interface is plug-and-play, without the need to install any flaky drivers (looking at you, gen 3 Focusrite Scarlett). It has high gain, low noise, and nice fit and finish. The only thing that would make it better is an additional input or two. Would recommend!

I've been recording vocals for multiple artists using multiple condenser microphones along with a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 audio interface and an Auray RF-CMS-S Reflection Filter. Undoubtedly this AT2035 has given us the best quality we could imagine. Along with basic knowledge of recording and mixing, this is the perfect tool for a home studio!

I'm coming from a 1st Gen Scarlett 6i6. I am blown away by how clean my audio sounds now, not only in recording but the listening experience overall. I love the fact the interface has a smaller footprint and a simple USB-C cable powers it all. No more power brick. Sturdy build, quality knobs. The visual I/O meters are great. Nice touch. Did I mention how clean the sound is with the D/A converter? Just excellent. I should have upgraded sooner.
